What is Anime Frame?
Anime Frame turns your photos into anime-style frames: hand-drawn looks with vibrant color and cinematic light. Pick a photo and a style, and we’ll turn your favorite memories into anime illustrations in minutes. Coming soon to the App Store for iOS, with the same account.
How do Anime Frame plans work?
Plans give you new frames every week or month. Weekly comes with 10 frames a week, Monthly with 25 a month and Annual with 10 a month. You can also buy a pack of frames that never expire. One account, one balance, on the web, and in the iOS app when it arrives.
What types of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos of people, pets and places. Portraits, couples, friends and scenery all draw well. Blurry, dark or extreme close-up photos give weaker frames.
How long does a frame take?
A few minutes. You watch it get drawn, and the finished frame appears in your library the moment it’s done.
Are my photos stored anywhere?
No. Your photo goes to the image model to be drawn and is never saved on our servers. The original and your frames stay on your device, in your browser. The image model’s provider may keep a photo for up to 30 days for safety checks, then deletes it.
Which styles can I choose?
Hand-Painted Film, ’90s Anime, Action Hero, Dreamy Skies, Chibi and Ink Manga. You can use a different style on every frame.
What file formats are supported?
JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 8 MB. Photos are resized before upload, so large photos are fine.
Is there an iOS app?
Coming soon to the App Store for iOS. The same email will sign you in there, and your plan and frame balance come with you.
