Introduction

This policy explains how we ("we", "our", or "us") collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide the Service, such as your email address, account and purchase information, and usage data. Photos you upload are processed to create your images and are not stored on our servers. OpenAI, which creates the images, may keep your photos for up to 30 days to check for abuse.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process purchases, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data. Signed-in sessions in the web app may be recorded to help us fix problems; your photos and frames are always hidden from these recordings. We send one welcome email when you create an account.

Information Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service: OpenAI, Supabase, Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat, Autumn, PostHog and Cloudflare. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, enforce our Terms and comply with the law. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to use it or collect their personal data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@animeframe.com.
